WTS also offers many ways to service its clients allowing for the convenience of not requiring clients to come into the office.

Enrolled Agent, started WTS with a goal to really work for his clients and earn their satisfaction and trust. William (Bill) had an extensive career as a finance manager where he managed over $40 million annually for a government funded non-profit before taking his desire to service people into his own business. William decided to become a licensed life/annuity producer, and start helping his clients with secured retirement products that are tax deferred and reducing taxable income. ​​
William lives in Glen Burnie, Maryland with his fiancé Chrissie, two boys ages 12 and 10, and 3 fur-children (dogs). When he’s not working, William loves to spend time with his family doing whatever fun activities they come up with for that day, or on the baseball field with his boys. He started this company with the dream of one day working for himself, and has achieved this dream by taking pride in the work that he provides. He know's that the future of WTS is dependent on customer satisfaction, so it's important to him to make sure he goes out of his way to service each and every client.
